Pack with Care
Securely pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and battery components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
